Instrument Platform

  • Structure analysis equipment: 200 kV cryogenic transmission electron microscope, rotating anode target 2-D wide angle X-ray diffractometer, ultra-high resolution ultra-fast atomic force microscope, etc.

  • Performance test equipment: multifunctional ellipsometry, multifunctional mechanical tester, rotary rheometer, etc.

  • Processing and preparation equipment: Focused ion beam scanning microetching system, biaxial film stretcher, automatic protein separation and purification system, etc.
