个人简介

陈平，虎门体育app下载官网本科、硕士，现任虎门体育app下载官网微电子虎门体育app下载官网高级实验师，主要承担课程《半导体物理与器件实验》，《微电子器件工艺实习》 主要从事半导体集成传感器、半导体器件物理与器件方面的研究；在省级以上正式学术刊物上发表论文14篇，其中第一作者7篇（其中5篇为核心刊物，3篇被EI收录），非第一作者7篇（其中6篇核心刊物，1篇被EI收录）。

Chen Ping received Bachelor's degree and Master's degree from the South China University of Technology. She is a senior experimentalist at the School of Microelectronics,  responsible for the teaching of Semiconductor Physics and Device Experiments, and Microelectronics Device Technology Practice. Her main research directions are semiconductor integrated sensor, and semiconductor device physics and device research. She has published 14 papers on official academic journals above the provincial level, among which 7 papers are published as first author (5 are published on core publications, 3 are received by EI.), 7 papers are published as non-first author (6 are published on core publications, 1 is received by EI.)
